Socio-economic development issues in Ellikkala District discussed

A meeting chaired by Amanbay Orynbaev, Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, was held to discuss pressing issues related to the socio-economic development of Ellikkala District.

At the outset of the meeting, particular attention was paid to the opportunities being created under the leadership of our esteemed President to enable the population to generate additional income and improve their living standards. Information was also provided on the benefits and support measures available to promote the employment of unemployed citizens, socially vulnerable groups, and young people.

The meeting continued with a critical review of the ongoing efforts aimed at ensuring the comprehensive development of the district, reducing poverty, creating new jobs, and implementing investment projects. The progress of work being carried out to improve the living conditions of the population, create additional employment opportunities, and undertake beautification and improvement activities was also examined.

It was noted that certain officials had demonstrated a negligent approach to the tasks assigned to them, and their shortcomings were specifically pointed out during the meeting.

At the same time, instructions were given to take disciplinary measures against officials who had committed mistakes and shortcomings in the performance of their duties and, where necessary, to consider the issue of their suitability for the positions they occupy.
