Dear compatriots, esteemed employees of the mahalla system!

First and foremost, we sincerely congratulate you and all our people on the Day of Mahalla System Workers.
For centuries, the mahalla has carefully preserved our national customs and traditions, serving as a cradle of kindness and moral upbringing, as well as a space of good neighborliness and social harmony for our people.
By the mahalla, we mean a truly unique social institution—one that teaches individuals how to live within a community, nurtures a spirit of tolerance, and acts as a reliable bridge between the people and the state. In this regard, the institution of the koshe biy(street elder), which plays a vital role in promoting harmony and national values within mahallas, has become a genuine pillar of support to the “mahalla seven” in their close engagement with the public.
Today, every person living in our country—regardless of nationality, language, or religion—cannot imagine their life, with all its joys and concerns, apart from the mahalla.
Dear employees of the mahalla system!
Once again, we congratulate you on today’s occasion and wish you all robust health, peace and tranquility in your families, and continued success in your demanding yet honorable work.
