Chairman Visits Remote Karakalpakstan Settlement, Opens New Maternity Unit

In our country, under the leadership of our respected President, large-scale measures are being implemented to improve the quality of life of the population based on the noble initiative “For the honor and dignity of the individual.” In this regard, as in all regions of our country, efforts are ongoing to address the problems of residents in remote and hard-to-reach areas.
Today, the Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Amanbay Orynbaev, visited one of the most remote settlements of the republic — the village of “Karakalpakstan,” located in the Kungrad district.
First, an opening ceremony was held for a new maternity ward, where the Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes congratulated those present on the inauguration of this facility.
It should be noted that the maternity ward, equipped with all necessary equipment and providing all required conditions, was built for the residents of the remote settlement “Karakalpakstan” on the instructions of the respected President and with the support of the Head of the Presidential Administration, using sponsor funds amounting to six and a half billion soums.
After that, the Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes met and held a conversation with elders and respected community members.
The issues faced by the residents of the region were heard, and measures were taken to resolve them. Responsible officials were given specific instructions to ensure the positive resolution of each appeal.
Following this, A. Orynbaev, together with the residents of the village, attended a festive event dedicated to the celebration of Navruz.
