The national team of Karakalpakstan secured a commendable second-place finish at the Uzbekistan Goalball Cup

Competitions for the Uzbekistan Goalball Cup among blind and visually impaired athletes were held in Nukus.

Teams from the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the city of Tashkent, and all regions of the country participated and competed for victory.

At the conclusion of the tournament, the Kashkadarya regional team emerged as champions, demonstrating consistent performance throughout. Karakalpakstan followed closely behind to claim second place, while the Surkhandarya team rounded out the top three.

The winning teams were formally recognized for their achievements, receiving diplomas and medals in acknowledgment of their performance and sportsmanship.
