Issues of Comprehensive Development of the Amudarya District Reviewed

Under the leadership of Amanbay Orynbaev, Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, a meeting was held dedicated to the socio-economic development of the Amudarya district, ensuring employment for the population, the implementation of tasks within state programs, as well as previously assigned directives.

During the meeting, responsible officials presented reports on the creation of new jobs and the development of entrepreneurship in local mahallas.

Further, issues related to the fulfillment of tasks on improving mahalla infrastructure, addressing infrastructure-related problems, implementing projects within state programs, organizing the activities of new enterprises, promoting the widespread use of renewable energy sources, reducing poverty, and improving the standard of living were critically reviewed.

In addition, discussions covered the execution of directives aimed at helping residents generate additional income, ensuring youth employment, developing entrepreneurship, supporting business activities, and improving banking services and market infrastructure.

At the same time, negligence by certain officials in carrying out these tasks was criticized, and identified shortcomings were pointed out.

Instructions were also given to apply disciplinary measures to responsible individuals who made mistakes and demonstrated deficiencies in the performance of their duties.
