ANNOUNCEMENT

The Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan announces an open competitive recruitment for positions within the Jokargy Kenes and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The competition is open to young candidates who have successfully graduated from higher education institutions and possess strong knowledge and leadership potential.

The selection process will be conducted in four stages:

Stage 1 – Preliminary screening;
Stage 2 – Written testing;
Stage 3 – Essay writing;
Stage 4 – Interview.

Eligibility Criteria:

The competition is open to citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan who graduated from higher education institutions in the 2023–2024 and 2024–2025 academic years, as well as those expected to graduate in the 2025–2026 academic year.

Preference will be given to candidates who:

• Are winners of national or international Olympiads and competitions;
• Are authors of academic publications, startups, or innovative projects;
• Are recipients of state or international scholarships;
• Demonstrate proficiency in foreign languages and possess IT skills;
• Come from families included in the social protection registry.

Successful candidates will be appointed to positions within the Jokargy Kenes and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan in accordance with established procedures, based on the results of the open competition.
