In accordance with the instructions of the Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, a dedicated Call Center has been established to identify existing issues in the fields of cadastre and construction, analyze their root causes, and eliminate systemic challenges within these sectors.

To submit your comments and proposals regarding systemic issues in cadastre and construction, as well as suggestions for improving service quality, you may contact the Special Task Force under the Council of Ministers between 09:00 and 18:00 until May 1 of the current year at the following numbers:
