The 33rd Anniversary of the Adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Karakalpakstan Was Widely Celebrated

On April 9 of the current year, a festive event dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Karakalpakstan was held at the Berdakh Karakalpak State Academic Musical Theater.

The celebration was attended by deputies of the Jokargy Kenes, heads of ministries, departments and organizations, representatives of educational institutions, law enforcement agencies, youth, as well as representatives of public organizations and the mass media.

The event began with the performance of the national anthems of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

The Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Amanbay Orynbaev, congratulated the participants on the 33rd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

As noted during the event, the Constitution serves as a fundamental document that strengthens the unity and friendship of the multinational people and guides them toward constructive and creative endeavors.

Analyzing the stages of the country’s development, it was emphasized that the steady strengthening of the economy and the improvement of the population’s living standards are the result of the well-considered and noble goals enshrined in the Basic Law.

Special attention was drawn to the fact that, under the leadership of the esteemed President, specific resolutions and state programs are being adopted for the development of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, playing an important role in the life of society. At present, large-scale construction, renovation and beautification projects, as well as significant creative initiatives, are being implemented in the republic on this basis.

The event concluded with a concert program prepared by figures of art and culture.
