The Core Requirements and Conditions for Registration as a Resident of the Special Mining Zone "Besqala Mining Valley" Have Been Approved

📌 According to these requirements and conditions:

🔹 Participation as an owner and/or ultimate beneficial owner of a resident's charter capital is not permitted for the following persons:

(a) individuals specified in paragraph 6 of the present requirements and conditions;
(b) companies registered in states that do not participate in international cooperation in the field of combating the laundering of proceeds derived from criminal activity, the financing of terrorism, and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, as well as natural persons permanently residing, located, or registered in such states.

🔹 Covert mining, anonymous mining of crypto-assets, as well as the introduction into circulation of crypto-assets previously in circulation, are not permitted.

🔹 Compliance with the requirements of the legislation governing the circulation of crypto-assets is mandatory.

🔹 It is necessary to provide information regarding activities free of charge upon request by the authorized body in the field of crypto-asset circulation.

🔹 A condition for conducting activities within the special zone is the timely and full payment of all charges established by legislation.
