Meeting with Youth Held in Kegeyli District

In accordance with the instructions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Thursday has been declared Youth Day, and on this basis, meetings between leaders and young people are being systematically held across the regions.

Another such meeting took place in Kegeyli District. It was attended by Amanbay Orynbaev, Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, who met with a number of unemployed individuals under patronage, as well as with young people from socially vulnerable groups and active youth.

As part of the event, a job fair was organized for young people. In addition, a presentation was delivered on the conditions created and opportunities provided to support youth initiatives.

It should be noted that the Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes had previously met with this category of young people and had given relevant instructions to responsible officials to support their initiatives and provide practical assistance. In this regard, measures are being taken to provide 50 young people with specialized equipment to organize home-based production activities and entrepreneurship. Alongside this, efforts are being made to address employment, social support, and other everyday issues.

During today’s meeting, the proposals and opinions of young people were also heard, and measures were taken on the spot to promptly resolve the issues raised. Specific instructions were given to responsible officials for the continued support of youth initiatives.
