In accordance with Resolution No. 673 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated October 24, 2025, a new system for improving the energy efficiency of residential housing has been introduced.

🔹 From now on, your home will undergo an energy audit. Specialists will identify areas where excessive energy losses occur within the house.
❗️Most importantly, the costs of conducting this assessment are covered by the state at 100 percent.
🔹 In the future, the government will provide financial support aimed at improving the energy efficiency of residential properties.
🔹 In cases where solar panels or other equipment are installed, a subsidy of up to 20 percent of the equipment cost will be provided.
➡️ For example, if equipment worth 10 million sums is installed, the state will compensate up to approximately 2 million sums.
🔹 For heat pumps, a subsidy of up to 40 percent is provided.
🔹 This means that for equipment costing 10 million sums, it is possible to receive up to 4 million sums in support.
❗️In practice, the amount of the subsidy is applied within the established norms and limits.
📌 In addition, financial resources are being provided through “green renovation” loans to improve the energy efficiency of housing. These loans are aimed at preserving heat in homes, reducing energy consumption, and installing modern energy-saving technologies.
🔹 If the interest rate on a loan exceeds 19 percent, the state covers part of the interest above this threshold. At the same time, the amount of compensation may not exceed 4 percent. This significantly reduces the credit burden and makes repayment conditions more affordable for the population.
🖌 All processes — including application submission, subsidy allocation, and loan processing — are carried out through a unified digital platform. The system is integrated with electricity, gas, and cadastral databases, ensuring automatic and transparent verification of all procedures.
