ANNOUNCEMENT

The second stage of the open competitive recruitment process for positions in the Jokargy Kenes and the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan has been completed. The competition is open to talented young professionals and emerging leaders who have graduated from higher education institutions within the past three years.

The results of the second stage are available through applicants' personal accounts on the official website of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan: www.tanlawjk.uz.

The third stage of the competition will consist of an essay-writing assessment designed to evaluate participants' analytical abilities, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Candidates will be offered five specialized topics, from which they must select one and write an essay in their native language. Additional consideration will be given to candidates who also submit their essay in a foreign language.

Participants will have two hours to complete the task. Essays will be assessed based on the depth of analysis, identification of current issues related to the selected topic, and the practicality of proposed solutions. Additional points will be awarded for comprehensive topic coverage, effective use of examples, language accuracy, stylistic quality, and creativity.

The third stage will be held on June 20 at the Knowledge and Qualifications Assessment Agency of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
