Youth Forum Opens in Nukus

The Youth Forum, held under the slogan "One Homeland, One Nation — Together We Build a New Life and Future!", officially opened today in Nukus at the "Big Yurt" of the Aq Quw complex, a venue that has become a symbol of friendship and unity among the multinational people of Uzbekistan. The event was organized at the initiative of Regional Electric Networks JSC.
The opening ceremony was attended by Tursynkhan Khudaybergenov, Adviser to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan; Amanbay Orynbayev, Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan; A. Askarov, Chairman of Regional Electric Networks JSC; and young professionals working in the country's energy sector.
Speakers emphasized that empowering young people remains one of the government's highest priorities. Uzbekistan continues to implement comprehensive programs and initiatives aimed at creating favorable conditions for the younger generation, unlocking their intellectual and creative potential, and expanding their role in the country's social and economic development.
The forum was highlighted as another important step toward achieving these goals by strengthening friendship and mutual understanding among young professionals, creating opportunities for the exchange of ideas and experience, supporting professional development, and encouraging participants to realize their full potential.
Following the official opening ceremony, guests visited a specially organized exhibition pavilion featuring cultural performances and creative presentations by participants from every region of Uzbekistan. The program showcased the country's rich cultural heritage, diverse traditions, and the unique identity of its regions.
