Our Athletes Shine at the Muay Thai World Championships

Young athletes from Uzbekistan delivered an outstanding performance at the IFMA Youth Muay Thai World Championships held in Malaysia, competing in the under-12, under-14, and under-18 age categories.

Representing the national team, A. Turabayev, A. Saburov, and S. Azamatov showcased exceptional skill and determination, defeating all of their opponents to claim gold medals and become world champions in their respective divisions.

Uzbekistan also celebrated two silver medalists. S. Rakhmatullayev and D. Madrimova produced impressive performances throughout the tournament, finishing as runners-up in their weight categories.

J. Askarov, K. Aytbayev, and A. Abdullayev completed the team's success by earning bronze medals, making an important contribution to Uzbekistan's overall results at the championship.

The achievements of these young athletes reflect the country's continued progress in Muay Thai and the growing strength of Uzbekistan's next generation of martial arts talent.
