Three Startups Secure $140,000 in Investment at Invest Day

The Invest Day – Youth and Investors Meeting was held in the Great Yurt, a symbol of friendship among Uzbekistan's multinational people and a landmark recognized by the Guinness World Records.

During the event, three startup projects secured a total of $140,000 in investment, marking another milestone in the development of Karakalpakstan's innovation ecosystem.

The investments were distributed as follows:

• $90,000 was invested in a FinTech startup for small and medium-sized businesses, presented by Daulet Urumbayev.
• $20,000 was awarded to a LegalTech startup developed by Torebek Maksetov.
• $30,000 was invested in GIFRS, an artificial intelligence startup presented by Sultanbek Kenesbayev.

The event served as an important platform for connecting entrepreneurs with investors, enabling startup teams to present their ideas, receive valuable expert feedback, and secure funding to support the further development and scaling of their projects.

The successful attraction of $140,000 in investment represents a significant step forward in strengthening Karakalpakstan's startup ecosystem and expanding opportunities for innovative entrepreneurship in the region.
