Work on Citizens' Appeals Reviewed at the Local Level

Representatives of the President's People's Reception Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan reviewed the progress of work on handling citizens' appeals and the measures taken to ensure their effective resolution in the Takhiatash and Khojayli districts.

The visit was attended by R. Nurazizov, Deputy Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

During the review, the participants analyzed the results of work carried out over the past six months and examined citizens' appeals across various sectors and fields of activity.

Particular attention was also given to a detailed reassessment of cases submitted repeatedly by citizens to government authorities. Based on the findings, a set of priority measures was identified to ensure more effective solutions to the issues raised.

In addition, specific instructions were issued to hold regular public receptions at the local level, promptly address citizens' concerns, and ensure the timely consideration of all incoming appeals.
