New Shopping Complex Commissioned in Khojeyli District

Ahead of the celebration of the 35th anniversary of our country’s Independence, the new ATBASAR shopping complex has been commissioned in Khojeyli District.

Representatives of the general public and residents of the district took part in the opening ceremony.

It should be noted that the new investment project, worth 15 billion sum, was implemented using incentives provided under separate resolutions and decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan adopted to promote the socio-economic development of Karakalpakstan.

As a result, a modern shopping complex comprising 32 retail outlets has begun operations, creating around 100 new jobs.

Speakers at the opening ceremony noted that the implementation of such projects will make a significant contribution to the development of the service sector in the district and enhance its socio-economic potential. The commissioning of the new shopping complex, in turn, has become a meaningful holiday gift for the residents of the district.
