Reconstruction of the International Highway Continues

As part of efforts to increase the capacity of the international highway passing through our republic, phased reconstruction work is being carried out based on the decrees and resolutions of the President.

According to Presidential Resolution No. 454 dated December 24, 2024, "On Measures for the Development of Social and Production Infrastructure of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2025–2027," the reconstruction of the A-380 "Guzar–Bukhara–Nukus–Beyneu" highway from kilometer 698 to 723 has been planned. For the construction work, 71.2 billion UZS has been allocated for 2025, with asphalt concrete pavement scheduled to be laid on this section.

Currently, asphalt laying work is underway on the section from kilometer 720 to 721.

It is also worth noting that work to replace the road surface with cement concrete is ongoing on the section from kilometer 673 to 698 of the same highway.
