Efforts to Improve Living Conditions and Increase Incomes in Kungrad District Reviewed

Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Amanbay Orynbaev, visited the Kungrad district and familiarized himself with the work of three local entrepreneurs: Turganbay Orazbaev, owner of a household plot; Bayrambay Dauletiyarov, a resident of the 'Sanaat' mahalla and owner of the 'SarbiRamazan' biohumus production company; and Mansur Dzhumaniyazov, who is engaged in beekeeping.

Special attention was given to the effective use of household plots. It was noted that turning a small plot of land into a stable source of income should serve as an example for other residents of the region.

Amanbay Orynbaev also familiarized himself with the activities of Begzod Ashirov, who received a concessional loan under the 'Every Family is an Entrepreneur' program and organized furniture production at his home. The entrepreneur was given recommendations on business expansion, and it was emphasized that entrepreneurs will continue to receive ongoing support.

At the territory of the rural citizens’ assembly ‘Kiyet,’ the project ‘One Contour — One Product,’ implemented on 15 hectares and initiated by ‘Uzpromstroybank,’ was reviewed. Instructions were given to ensure the comprehensive implementation of the project aimed at helping the registered residents generate income.


Additionally, the Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes visited the social house in the ‘Almazar’ mahalla and held a discussion with its residents. Responsible officials were instructed to carefully listen to the citizens’ appeals and promptly take measures to resolve the raised issues.
