Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes Met with Youth at a Correctional Facility in Kungrad District

As part of the "Month of Youth" campaign, the Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Amanbay Orynbaev, visited a correctional facility in the Kungrad district to meet with young individuals currently serving their sentences.
At the beginning of the meeting, the Chairman emphasized that the attention given to youth in our country has become one of the main priorities of state policy. In this regard, all necessary conditions are being created for young people to realize their potential, receive a quality education, and grow into dedicated individuals with progressive thinking who faithfully serve their homeland.

It was also noted that, like the thousands of other young people in our country, those who have temporarily lost their way and are currently serving sentences in correctional facilities are not left without attention. Special emphasis was placed on the fact that they are being provided with close support to help them reintegrate into society and find their rightful place.

In turn, the young individuals participating in the meeting expressed their interest in using their free time productively while at the facility, including learning vocational and practical skills, and shared their requests and aspirations.
All issues raised during the meeting were taken into consideration, and responsible parties were instructed to take prompt and practical measures to address them. Additionally, to support the youth in learning IT skills and foreign languages, the Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes presented specialized computers and books.

Following this, the Chairman became acquainted with the vocational training centers operating within the correctional facility, which are aimed at helping young individuals make productive use of their free time.
Instructions were also given to create more opportunities for youth to engage in meaningful work, acquire knowledge, and develop artistic skills.
