The Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes Held a Close Dialogue with the Youth of Kungrad District

Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Amanbay Orynbaev, held a meeting with active youth in the Kungrad District as part of the 'Month of Youth' initiative.

As part of the meeting, a job fair featuring vacant positions was held first. A total of 44 organizations and enterprises participated in the fair, offering 154 job vacancies. As a result, several young people were employed, while a number of women and girls received referrals for retraining and career guidance.
Following this, IT sector specialists delivered presentations on the development of the industry, the provision of IT services, opportunities for earning substantial income with minimal effort, as well as attracting external non-repayable funding (grants) and cooperating with donors. They also provided information on promoting youth entrepreneurship and securing grants for various projects.
In addition, in accordance with the President’s instructions, the Head of the Karakalpakstan Regional Branch of Aloqa Bank - which has been designated as a youth bank - along with a responsible specialist from the National Bank, gave detailed information on the available opportunities for supporting youth entrepreneurship and expanding existing projects.

At the beginning of the meeting, the head of our republic emphasized with great satisfaction that supporting youth in every possible way has become one of the main directions of state policy. He highlighted the strong trust, special attention, and fatherly care shown by our esteemed President toward the younger generation, which has resulted in the creation of ample opportunities for them.

As noted during the meeting, under the leadership of our esteemed President, a number of laws, decrees, and resolutions aimed at supporting youth have been adopted. Modern educational institutions have been established, and numerous incentives have been provided to promote youth entrepreneurship. Young people are receiving material and spiritual support across various fields, including education, culture, and sports. Notably, Presidential Decree No. 213 has allocated additional quotas specifically for Karakalpak youth in higher education institutions, opening new doors of opportunity for them. Undoubtedly, such support and opportunities for our youth will continue to expand.

In turn, the youth of Kungrad expressed their deep gratitude to the esteemed President for such attention and support.
During the meeting, an open and close dialogue was held with the youth, during which their requests, suggestions, and concerns were heard. In particular, the young participants raised important issues such as the establishment of a modern library in the district, the further development of entrepreneurship, the creation of additional opportunities for engaging in parasports, and the organization of laboratories and IT courses at the Barkamol Avlod Children's School.

In turn, each initiative and proposal was duly noted by the Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes, and clear instructions were given to the responsible officials to ensure their prompt implementation.
Following the meeting, a group of active young individuals who had achieved notable success and served as role models among their peers were awarded by a resolution of the Presidium of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
The meeting truly became a platform for direct dialogue between the Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes and the youth. Similar meetings are set to continue across all cities and districts of our republic.

Following the meeting, a public reception was held with the participation of representatives from the People's Reception of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Karakalpakstan, officials of the Jokargy Kenes, and heads of relevant departments. The aim was to listen to the concerns of the youth and to seek practical solutions to address them.
