An international investment forum took place in Nukus

At the instruction of our esteemed President, the "Tashkent International Investment Forum" was held in the capital city, Tashkent, on June 10-12 of this year. During one of the sessions within the forum, Presidential Assistant Saida Mirziyoyeva invited investors to visit the Karakalpakstan region, witness the vast potential of the republic with their own eyes, and assess the wide range of opportunities it offers.

Today, as a continuation of the forum, an international investment forum dedicated to presenting the investment potential of Karakalpakstan was held at the 'Aq Quw' Complex in the city of Nukus.

At the event, Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Amanbay Orynbaev, delivered a speech in which he highlighted the wide-ranging opportunities created in Karakalpakstan thanks to the special attention of the esteemed President. He emphasized the presidential decrees and resolutions adopted to promote and support entrepreneurship and to enhance the region’s investment attractiveness.

Chairman of the Council of Ministers, F. Ermanov, also took part in the event.

The forum highlighted the investment attractiveness of our republic, the available opportunities for implementing new projects, the region’s resource potential, and other important directions.

A special pavilion on the territory of the complex featured an exhibition of products manufactured in Karakalpakstan.

The forum served as a unique platform for exploring opportunities, establishing business connections, and implementing joint projects.

Afterwards, the guests visited the "QORAQALPOQ BASALTWOOL" enterprise as well as the State Art Museum of Karakalpakstan named after I.V. Savitsky, where they became acquainted with the opportunities in the fields of industry and tourism in our republic.
