Living Conditions Reviewed in Kanlykul District Through Dialogue with Mahalla Leaders

Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Amanbay Orynbaev, visited Kanlykul district to familiarize himself with the ongoing efforts aimed at improving living conditions, creating new jobs, and supporting additional sources of income for the population.

The visit began with a review of the activities being carried out at the Tugai farm nursery. Afterwards, he observed land plots allocated to youth in the “Beskopir” MTP area, as well as projects implemented under the “One contour – one product” principle, organized by Agrobank JSC.

The Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan visited the household of Sarsenbay Otepbergenov, who is efficiently utilizing a small plot of land in the “Arzymbetqum” citizens' assembly, and that of Makhira Sarsenbayeva, who has established a home-based service business. He familiarized himself with the work organized to turn small plots of land into a source of significant income. It was emphasized that such practices should be further promoted among the rural population.

After that, the Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan met with street representatives in the “Madeniyat” mahalla. He listened to their requests and proposals, identified the existing problems, and gave specific instructions to the responsible officials to find prompt solutions.

In the district, the implementation of a furniture production project by “Mebel Gold Jasmina” LLC and a confectionery production project by “Abdimuratov Tazabay” LLC were reviewed. In addition, the activities of the “LAN-S” enterprise were also studied. Responsible officials were instructed to provide full support to entrepreneurs and to assist them in further developing their businesses.

The Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan also became acquainted with the activities of a remote service center (BPO center) operating in the district. Special emphasis was placed on the growing importance of digitalization and information technologies in daily life.
