Issues Related to the Development of Khojeli District Reviewed

A meeting was held under the leadership of Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Amanbay Orinbaev, dedicated to the socio-economic development of Khojeli district, ensuring employment of the population, and the implementation of tasks and measures outlined within state programs.

The meeting was attended by representatives of republican institutions, relevant ministries and agencies, district officials, and active members of local communities.

The agenda included issues such as improving living conditions in mahallas, solving infrastructure-related problems, implementing projects within the framework of state programs, establishing new enterprises, constructing multi-storey residential buildings, promoting the use of renewable energy sources, reducing poverty, and improving the population’s standard of living.

In addition, the results of efforts aimed at supporting citizens in generating additional income, expanding the effective use of household plots, ensuring youth employment, developing entrepreneurship, providing close support to business operations, and improving banking services and market infrastructure were discussed.

It was also noted that all necessary conditions had been created for the implementation of these activities, with financial resources and all available means mobilized to fulfill the assigned tasks. Despite the opportunities provided, certain responsible officials were criticized for demonstrating negligence in performing their duties.

During the meeting, shortcomings were pointed out, and disciplinary measures were ordered against some officials who had committed errors in fulfilling their responsibilities. In some cases, it was instructed to consider whether these individuals were suitable for their positions.
