Issues of Futsal Development in the Country Were Discussed

Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Amanbay Orynbaev, met with the President of the Uzbekistan Futsal Federation, Bekzod Mamatkulov.

During the meeting, it was emphasized that, under the leadership of the esteemed President of Uzbekistan, significant opportunities are being created to develop all sectors - including sports - and to foster a spirit of victory. Special attention is being given to nurturing young athletes who will raise the country's flag on the international stage.

It was also noted that, as a result of this strong support, high achievements are being made in team sports. In particular, the number of young people interested in football and futsal - often referred to as "the games of millions" - is steadily growing.

The discussion then focused on further promoting futsal alongside football, increasing youth engagement in this sport, and organizing a regional branch of the Uzbekistan Futsal Federation in the Republic of Karakalpakstan.


During the meeting, the sides agreed to strengthen efforts to further promote futsal by making full use of the opportunities provided by the President, as well as to cooperate on other important initiatives.
