New Family Health Center Opens in Nukus District
In recent years, alongside other sectors, special attention has also been given to the field of healthcare in our country. Under the direct leadership of our esteemed President, large-scale efforts have been carried out in this direction. As a result, strengthening public health, providing quality medical services, improving the material and technical base of medical institutions, and enhancing the work of primary healthcare facilities have all been elevated to a new level.
As a continuation of such successful efforts, a new family health center has been built and put into operation in the “Diykan Arna” mahalla of Nukus district.
The facility was constructed on the basis of the Presidential resolution "On measures for the implementation of the project “Sustainable rural development” with the participation of the Islamic Development Bank and the OPEC Fund for International Development". A total of 3 billion 40 million soums was allocated for its construction.
The new center is designed to serve up to 50 patients at a time and is equipped with a laboratory, injection room, treatment room, and autoclave units, all aimed at providing quality medical services to local residents.
