Launch of the Second Stage of the “New Uzbekistan Olympic Heights” Sports Competitions

The opening ceremony of the second stage of the “New Uzbekistan Olympic Heights” sports competitions was held. Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Amanbay Orynbaev, delivered a speech, congratulating the participants on the start of the competition and wishing success to the athletes.



It is worth noting that between August 5 and 28, as part of the second stage of the “New Uzbekistan Olympic Heights” sports competitions, winners will be determined in a total of 10 sports. Participants who succeed in this stage and win in their respective weight categories will earn the opportunity to take part in the third stage - the President’s Olympiad.

After that, the competitions scheduled for the day began, with young athletes from all cities and districts of our Republic taking part.

The tournament, expected to be held in an atmosphere of intense rivalry, will conclude with the winners being awarded diplomas, medals, and valuable prizes.
