The issues of socio-economic development of the Kungrad district were discussed in detail

A meeting on the development issues of the Kungrad district was held under the leadership of the Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Amanbay Orynbaev, with the participation of officials from republican and district-level agencies. 

The meeting reviewed the implementation of assigned tasks, including socio-economic development of the district, poverty reduction, ensuring citizens’ livelihoods, execution of investment projects, provision of decent living conditions, creation of new jobs, and environmental improvement works.

It is worth noting that a set of specific tasks has been outlined under the program dedicated to comprehensive development of the district, and financial resources and opportunities have been provided for this purpose. 

However, in some areas, heads of institutions and local officials, as well as community activists, have committed shortcomings. 

The responsible persons were warned, and instructions were given to apply disciplinary measures where necessary.
