Deputy Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan Elected
On September 10 of this year, an extraordinary seventh session of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan was held.
The session was attended by Advisor to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan T. Khudaybergenov, members of the Government of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokims of cities and districts, heads of law enforcement agencies and sectors, as well as representatives of the media. The session was opened and chaired by Amanbay Orynbaev, Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
In accordance with the agenda, the organizational matter “On the Deputy Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan” was considered.
At the session, R. Saparbaev was relieved of his duties as Deputy Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
At the same time, the candidacy of deputy Rajapbay Nurasizov, elected from electoral district No. 47 “Sanаat”, was proposed for the post of Deputy Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes.
The proposed candidacy was reviewed and supported by the deputies.
In accordance with paragraph 4 of Article 70 of the Constitution of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Rajapbay Kupalbekovich Nurasizov was elected Deputy Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
It should be noted that prior to this, R. Nurasizov served as Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan for Relations with Public and Religious Organizations.
