Forum Events “Educators of Central Asia — One Region, One Voice, One Strength!” Continue on the Shores of Karatereng
Participants of the international forum “Educators of Central Asia — One Region, One Voice, One Strength!”, held in the Takhtakupyr district, visited a number of cultural and educational sites in the region.
The program began with a visit to the “Ethno Village” located on the top of Bershitau Mountain, where participants were introduced to the rich cultural lifestyle of the Karakalpak people — including a traditional yurt circle built in the national architectural style, as well as displays of national clothing and household items used in everyday life.
The participants then visited the Karatereng Ecotourism Center, where they became acquainted with facilities inspired by national traditions — yurts constructed in an ethnic style, an authentic desert atmosphere, and the natural landscapes of the region.
Exhibitions showcasing the rich culture and traditional art of the Karakalpak people, along with ethnographic performances, left a deep impression on the guests. Through theatrical scenes, participants were able to experience the spirit of the nation’s multicultural heritage and values.
In the second part of the forum, practical training seminars were organized for educators, focusing on the implementation of innovative approaches in education, the use of digital technologies, and the development of international cooperation.
