International Forum of Central Asian Educators Takes Place in Nukus
Today, the International Forum of Central Asian Educators officially began in Nukus under the motto “Educators of Central Asia.”
Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan Amanbay Orinbaev delivered a speech, highlighting the scale of reforms implemented in recent years under the leadership of the esteemed President, and the special attention given to the education sector.
He emphasized that as a result of these reforms, the education and upbringing system is being developed in line with international standards. Advanced practices and innovative technologies are actively being introduced into the learning process, the status and role of teachers in society are being elevated, and efforts to provide young people with modern knowledge and professional skills have reached a new level.
The forum brings together leading educators and education specialists from Central Asian countries, representatives of the United Nations, several international organizations, and the University of Cambridge.
Held under the theme “A Sustainable Future Begins with Environmental Education,” the forum plays an important role in further strengthening educational cooperation among Central Asian countries, creating a platform for experience exchange among educators, developing the regional education system, and expanding international collaboration.
