Dear Agricultural Workers!

On behalf of our entire nation, we sincerely congratulate you on today’s labor victory — the successful fulfillment of the cotton delivery plan in the Republic of Karakalpakstan!

In 2025, cotton was planted on 80,000 hectares of farmland, with a target of 315,200 tons set for the harvest. Thanks to the tireless efforts of our hardworking cotton growers, this goal has now been achieved — 315,345 tons have been delivered, marking the full completion of the plan.

Among those who achieved this milestone first were the Amudarya, Beruniy, Ellikkala, and Takhiatash districts. Following them, the Nukus, Kungrad, Kanlykul, and Karaozek districts also successfully met their targets. Significant contributions were likewise made by the cotton growers of the Takhtakupyr, Shumanay, and Kegeyli districts.

It is a source of special pride that not only farmers, dehkans, cluster enterprise teams, irrigation specialists, agronomists, and mechanization workers took part in this year’s harvest, but also the entire hardworking population of the republic, demonstrating a true spirit of unity and solidarity.

It should be especially noted that the abundant cotton harvest became possible thanks to Presidential Decree No. 66, which provided a number of benefits to Karakalpakstan for purchasing agricultural machinery. Under this decision, more than 1,000 units of new equipment and machinery were supplied to the republic, greatly contributing to the campaign’s success. In particular, the use of over 60 cotton-picking machines, marking a significant step toward mechanization, inspired cotton growers and substantially increased their productivity.
