A Solemn Ceremony Dedicated to the Day of Internal Affairs Officers Was Held

Today, a solemn ceremony dedicated to the Day of Internal Affairs Officers took place at the Berdaq Karakalpak State Academic Musical Theater.

The Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Amanbay Orinbaev, delivered a speech in which he congratulated the devoted officers and veterans of the internal affairs system on their professional holiday.

The event was also attended by Presidential Advisor of the Republic of Uzbekistan T. Khudaybergenov, Deputy Prosecutor General of the Republic of Uzbekistan B. Valiev, and Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Karakalpakstan F. Ermanov.

It was noted that in recent years, under the leadership of the respected President of our country, special attention has been given at the state level to improving the effectiveness of the internal affairs system — transforming it into a humane and people-oriented institution, strengthening the principles of openness and transparency, and supporting officers who selflessly fulfill their professional duties.

Internal affairs officers conscientiously perform their tasks to ensure the peaceful and safe life of citizens, combat crime and violations, maintain public order and road safety, and contribute to the well-being of the people.

During the ceremony, employees of the system who were awarded special state honors by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan received their official titles.

In addition, a number of distinguished officers and veterans were awarded badges of honor and valuable gifts based on a decision of the Presidium of the Jokargy Kenes.

Furthermore, in accordance with the orders of the General Prosecutor’s Office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a group of officers received badges, early special ranks, and valuable awards.

The festive event concluded with a concert program prepared by masters of art and culture.
