State Awards Presented

Today, the respected President of our country, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, visited the Tashkent State Medical University and held a meeting with representatives of the nation’s healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

The event was attended via videoconference by Amanbay Orinbaev, Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, F. Ermanov, Chairman of the Council of Ministers, as well as a group of medical professionals from Nukus.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Chairman of the Jokargy Kenes presented state awards to several representatives of the medical sector of Karakalpakstan, who were honored in accordance with the Presidential Decree “On awarding a group of healthcare workers on the occasion of Medical Workers’ Day.”

Following this, a meeting with the President took place, during which participants discussed the results of ongoing reforms in the healthcare system and the priority objectives planned for implementation in the coming year.
